3. Cancellation & Billing
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellations submitted after this window will apply to the following billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled. Charges are non-refundable once a new billing cycle begins, unless a billing error has occurred.
4. Refund Policy
Since GymTech AI offers a 14-day free trial, no refunds are provided after the trial period. You may cancel your subscription anytime during the trial period without charge.
